Teaching Philosophy
How can we practice yoga to both feel better on our mat and take its teachings into daily life? This is at the core of my teaching.
Through clear instructions and focus on breathing, I help students feel at ease and allow them to move beyond their perceived physical and mental limitations.
My strength is delivering clear, structured and insightful classes. I focus on observing and understanding what is present in the body and mind now, before pushing towards change. I believe in the power of curiosity, patience, and growing compassion, so we can lift and reach higher from the ground up.
